Once administrator checked "Enable Appraisal" in Teampel management system, there will be an "Appraisal" tab added to "Task" properties dialog box.When creating or modifying a subtask, you can set the total score of the task and evaluate the quality of the current task; the system will automatically calculate the expected score of the current task and update the expected score of its parent task and the expected score of the current project.
You can set a task as bonus task, whose expected score will be calculated separately.Before the total score of bonus task is marked with "+".
Set task appraisal
- Create or open a subtask.
- Click "Appraisal" tab.
- Enter "Total score" and "Quality", and the system will automatically calculate the expected score.
- Click "OK" to save settings.
Set Bonus task
- Create or open a subtask
- Click "Appraisal" tab.
- Enter "Total score" and "Quality", and the system will automatically calculate the expected score.
- Check "Bonus task".
- Click "OK" to save settings.
Note:the expected score of a bonus task will be calculated separately.If a parent task includes general and bonus tasks, the expected score of the parent task will include both parts:the general score and the bonus score. E.g., [25/30][+3/5].
View task appraisal
- In Task List view, task appraisal score shows after the task name, in the form of "Expected score/Total score" or "[+ Expected score/Total score]".
- In Task Gantt view, task appraisal score shows after the task name on the left list, in the form of "[Expected score/Total score]" or "[+ Expected score/Total score]".
- In Task Report view, task appraisal score shows in "Score" field, in the form of "Expected score, + Expected score".
