Setting project note collaborators is supported. Members added to collaborator list have the permissions to edit the notes created by others.By default, only note author, project owner and administrator can edit member's notes.
Change collaborator
Only project owner, administrator and note author are allowed to set collaborators.
- In "Note" list view, click "Collaboration" button.
- In the pop-up dialog box, select the member on the left list to add to "Selected" list;Or click "X" button on "Selected" list to remove the selected member.
- Click "OK" to finish.
Note:During editing, if someone edits the note, you can overwrite it or save a copy.
View project note modified records
- In "Note" list view, click"Modified record" button to the right.
- Pop up "Modified record" window.
