In "Organization" > "Division tree", you can add division and subdivision, edit division info and delete division.Division tree shows three special tag nodes by default, summarizing all visitors, all departed staff and all service accounts individually.
Add Division
- Click "Add division" button above the division tree to open "Add division" dialogue box.
- Enter "Division name" and select "Location" and relative position.Relative Position: Select "Subordinate", "Behind" or "Front" for Location.
- Click "Save" to finish.
Modify Division info
Available to modify "Division name, "Location" and private division settings.
- Select the division to modify, click the toolbar to the right and click "Edit division" in the menu to open "Edit division" dialogue box.
- Edit "Division Name" and "Division Location".
- Click "Save" button to finish.
Note:The root node of "Division tree" is the team name, showing in "Contact" of Client and able to be changed.
Delete Division
- Select the division to delete, click the toolbar to the right and click "Delete division" in the menu to open confirmation prompt box.
- Click the "OK" button, to confirm.
Note:The root nodes of "Division tree", "All visitors", "All departed staff" and "All service accounts" cannot be deleted.
Private/Public
After a division is made private, all its child divisions and members will be hidden in "Contact".After a division is made private, it will be hidden except for the specified divisions or members.All divisions are public by default.
- Select the divisions to make private (or public) from the Division tree to the left.
- Click "Edit division" on the toolbar to show "Edit division" dialog box.
- Check or uncheck "Private".
- Except for (optional).
- Click the empty text box under "Private" to show "Select division(s) and member(s)" dialog box.
- Select the divisions or members of the exception from the division tree to the left.
- Click "OK".
- Click "Save".
