In "Organization" > "Division tree", you can manage accounts in Teampel system, including adding, editing, disabling or deleting members or visitors, moving in batch, importing or exporting accounts and re-activating accounts.
Add Member
- Select "Organization" > "Division tree".
- Click "Add member" on the toolbar to show "Add member" dialogue box.
- Enter the member's information.From which, the "Serial number" column determines the order of the client contacts (smallest to largest).
- Click "Save" to finish.
Adding a Guest
Visitors are not members of the company and can only be invited to project conversations and use their features.
- Select "Organization" > "Division tree"
- Click the Arrow to right of "Add member" and click "Add visitor" in the menu to show "Add visitor" dialogue box.
- When entering guest information.Account, division and password are required fields.
- Click "Save" to finish
Edit Member Information
- Select "Organization" > "Division tree" and find the divisions of the members to be modified.
- Find the members to be modified, and click "Edit" to the right of the member to show "Edit user" dialogue box.
- When editing member's information,
- Click "Save" to finish.
Change member's password
- Select "Organization" > "Division tree" and find the divisions of the members to be modified
- Find the member to be modified, and click "Edit" to the right of the member to show "Edit user" dialogue box.
- Enter new password.
- Click "Save" button to finish.
Move members
You can move one or multiple members to another division.
- Select "Organization" > "Division tree"
- Select one or multiple members from the member list.
- Click "Move" button on the toolbar.
- In the "Move member" dialogue box, select the target division to move and click "Save" button.If only a member to move, you can also use "Edit member" to move him to another division.
Disable members
- Select "Organization" > "Division tree"
- Find the target member, click "Disable" button to the right to show confirmation dialogue box.
- Click "OK" to finish.
Resume disabled members
- Select "Organization" > "Division tree"
- Select "All departed staff" in the division tree or the division of the target member.
Note:Member list will not show the disabled accounts by default.You can click
settings button in the upper right corner and check "Show departed account" in the menu. The member list will show all disabled accounts in the division.- Find and click "Restore" next to the target member.
- In the "Re-activate" dialogue box , edit information for the member and enter default password again.
- Click "Save".
Import members
Importing member info from csv files is supported. If you are not sure about the format of member info, please refer to step 4.
- Select "Organization" > "Division tree"
- Click "Import" on the toolbar.
- Click "Select file" in the pop-up "Import" dialog box.
- In "Open" dialog box, select the file (.csv) to import and click the "Open" button.
Note:In Batch Import steps, click Download "Member import template" and view the member info format in the csv file.If you are using Teampel Server for Linux, please make sure the CSV file uses UTF-8 encoding before importing it.
- In the text box of "Default password" enter the initial login passwords of the members to import.
- Click "Start import".
Export members
Exported members will be saved in .csv format. Please install a program to open it (e.g., Microsoft Excel) in advance.
- Select "Organization" > "Division tree"
- Select the members to export from the member list.
- Click Down button on the toolbar and click "Export" in the menu.
