How to conduct

Method 1:Launch a new poll from Poll management window

  1. Click "New poll" on tool area or right click on old poll and select "Copy to new poll" to open poll window.
  2. Enter poll question, description and poll options then adjust outcome and end date setting.

    To add participants by click "Add participants".If you want to participate in current poll, please select "Include myself".

  3. Click "Launch" to start poll.

Note:"Copy to new poll" is to reuse all content of an existing poll to new poll.

Method 2:Launch a new poll from Contacts window

  1. Choose "Contact" to open Contact window.
  2. Select any poll participant.
    • Right click on department and select "New Poll" to add all department members into poll.
    • Select participant (More than 1) right click and choose "New Poll".
    • Click "More..." on pop-up menu on contact icon to "New Poll".
  3. Enter poll details, add participants and set up outcome and end date.
  4. Click "Launch" to start poll
