Contact name card
When the cursor is pointed at the contact's profile picture, detailed information of that contact will appear.As shown below:
The detailed name card includes the following (in order):Division/Title, Name, Number, Mobile, Mailbox and current IP address.
Note:If you want to Hide/Show IP address, please contact your administrator.
Find contact quickly
You may locate contact by department or searching.
Note:Fuzzy search is supported.Which means, you can find "Michael" by entering "M", "Mich", or "ae".
Send file (Folder)
Click "Send file (Folder)" on the pop-up menu on contact window to send files or file folder.
View chat history
In Contacts window, click "Chat history" button on the minibar of an avatar to view your chat history.
