You may monitor projects (even closed ones) you are not a part of, in order to keep track of their statuses, progresses and important updates.

Monitor project

  1. Select Project > Monitor project.
    Note:If you cannot find the "Monitor project" function, it means you don't have the permission. Please contact your administrator.
  2. Click "Add to Monitor" on the toolbar.
  3. Select projects in the pop-up "Add" dialog box.
  4. Click "OK".Now you can see monitored projects in "Monitored" list.

Cancel monitoring projects

  1. Click a project to cancel monitoring.To select multiple projects, press and hold Ctrl and click the projects to cancel monitoring one by one.
  2. Click "Cancel monitoring" on the toolbar.
