In "Dashboard", the Teampel members added to the list are able to see project statuses according to their given permissions.

Give permission to accounts

  1. Select "Security" > "Dashboard".
  2. Click "Add" button to open "Add account" dialog box.
  3. Select a member and the dashboard(s) they can view. If you select "Division project dashboard", you can also make projects in other divisions viewable to them.
  4. Click "Save" to finish。
  5. Note:

Modify the dashboard(s) viewable to the authorized account

  1. Select "Security" > "Dashboard"
  2. Find the member on the list and click "Modify" button to the right to open "Edit account permissions" dialog box.
  3. Re-select "Dashboard viewable".When selecting "Division project dashboard", "View data range" option will show, and you can specify to view "Projects led by division and subdivision members" or "Projects led by certain division members only".
  4. Click "Save" button to finish。

Remove account

  1. Select "Security" > "Dashboard"
  2. Find the member on the list and click "Delete" button to the right to show "Remove confirmation" dialog box.
  3. Click "OK" to finish.
