Sort conversations

You can divide conversation into several groups and move conversation freely among groups.Steps to add a category:

1. Select Sort > Sort by category, which has four categories by default.As shown below:

   

2. Click "Add category".As shown below:

   

3. In the pop-up "Add category" dialog box, enter the name for the new category.
4. Click "OK".
